Doorman and Car Services

The front door will also arrange car rentals, call taxis or limousines at a moment's notice. Please call extension 0.

Engineering and Maintenance

A full staff is on duty, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will not only maintain the building and common areas; they will also perform dozens of helpful services in your residence, too. Our concierge at extension 250 will take care of your service requests.

Valet Service

A staff of courteous parking attendants will take care of your cars and assist you with your luggage and groceries providing prompt and professional service.

Guest Parking

As an accommodation, the front door will handle your guest's cars.

Package Delivery and Receiving Room

No outside delivery men will be allowed in the building.
Trade people and service men must leave packages and bundles with the concierge who will make sure you get them promptly.

Mail Service

Leave all outgoing mail at the concierge's desk. Mail is picked up several times a day, in accordance with the printed schedule on the drop box in the Mail Room.

Central Air Conditioning and Heating

TowerHouse is equipped with Central Centrifugal Chillers that provide water to the individual fan coil units in each apartment. For twelve months a year the air conditioning and heating system is yours to operate at your desire by setting the multiple thermostats available in each apartment.

Cable TV and Internet

Full cable package from Atlantic Broadband is provided including internet access. H.D. (High Definition) and optional services are available for a fee to all units.

Telephone Intercom Service

A TowerHouse automatic direct dial telephone communications system is available. It puts you into direct and immediate communication with every facility and every residence in the building.

Terrace

You and your decorator are free to improve your terrace as your tastes dictates, with just two provisions: (1) there can be no awnings or screens; that will, in any way, alter the exterior appearance of the terrace; (2) nothing can be attached above the railing of the terrace. These restrictions will assure the architectural integrity and overall appearance of the building.
